With the popularity of youth soccer ever increasing, it has become necessary to institute an earlier registration deadline.  Many factors such as team selection, uniform printing, practice time and the administrative necessities of our soccer program have made this new deadline nessesary.  The registration deadline is final, please do not submit registration forms after the time listed above.  For this reason no players will be accepted after the deadline. 

 

The deadline for fall Optimist Soccer registration is approaching, August 1st, 2011 is the last day registration forms will be accepted.  This will give Optimist members the time necessary to divide players into teams and get information to coaches.  *If you are intersted in coaching please indicate so on your players registration form, we would be glad to have you! 

 

You can access the registration form online, on this website!  There will also be open registration at Country Mart on July 7th, 14th, 21st and July 28th between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00 noon.  To access the online form click on the Document/Forms link on the left.  Find the form: Soccer Registration Form and click on it.  The form will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
